Refund & Returns Policy

At Paleta Bags, every piece is handcrafted with intention. We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, including the dust bag
  • Free of scent, stains, or visible wear

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@paletabags.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for your return
  3. Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Paleta Bags is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us at support@paletabags.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paletabags.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
