No, and we will not pretend it is. It is a plant based coated fabric. Lighter than hide, cruelty free, and it wipes clean with a damp cloth.

How long will my order take?

About 5 to 7 business days to print and sew, then 7 to 10 days to ship. Roughly 2 weeks in total, with tracking.

Can I return it?

Yes. 30 days for a return or an exchange. Write to cs@paletabags.com and we will sort it out.

Why does my new bag smell of ink?

Because it was printed days ago, not months ago. The smell fades in about a week. Leave it open in a room with air.
