Processing Time
All Paleta Bags products are made to order and handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our studio.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are not collected by Paleta Bags. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Paleta Bags is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Email us at support@paletabags.com within 7 days of the delivery date
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
