Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Paleta Bags website. By accessing or making a purchase from paletabags.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of Paleta Bags. We may update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

2. Products

We may modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of products or services.

All products are made to order and crafted with care after your order is placed. Our bags are made from vegan leather, and each design is applied using UV printing. Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings and the natural characteristics of the material. These variations are a mark of authenticity, not a defect.

Because every piece is produced for you individually, we do not hold stock and cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, including size, color or style preference. Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Items that arrive with a manufacturing defect, damaged or incorrect are replaced with a new item when reported to cs@paletabags.com within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy in full before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and the other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order does not create a binding contract. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos and artwork, is the property of Paleta Bags and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use our content without written permission.

6. User conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

Engage in any unlawful activity
Transmit harmful, offensive or fraudulent content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Infringe on the rights of others

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paleta Bags is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
