Before you ask
Is it real leather?
No, and we will not pretend it is. It is a plant based coated fabric. Lighter than hide, cruelty free, and it wipes clean with a damp cloth.
How long will my order take?
Your piece is printed and sewn just for you, then shipped with tracking. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks.
What if something's wrong with my bag?
We've got you. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email cs@paletabags.com within 30 days and we'll send a new one at no cost. Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours. After that, since each bag is made just for you, we can't take back bags in perfect condition. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Why does my new bag smell of ink?
Because it was printed days ago, not months ago. The smell fades in about a week. Leave it open in a room with air.
