Material & care

Premium vegan leather: plant based, cruelty free and lighter than animal hide. It won't crack in the sun.

A new tote can smell of fresh ink for a few days while the print cures. Leave it open in a room with air and it goes away. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Shipping & our guarantee

It is printed and sewn just for you, then shipped with tracking. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks. Free shipping on orders over $60.

Our 30-day guarantee. If it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email cs@paletabags.com within 30 days and we'll send a new one at no cost.

Changed your mind? You can cancel within 24 hours. After that, since each piece is made just for you, we can't take back items in perfect condition. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Laptop, straps & gifting

The main compartment is built around a 13 inch laptop, with room left for books and the rest of what you carry. The straps are thick vegan leather, stitched for all day weight, so this is the piece for work and travel.

Buying a gift? Add a note at checkout and we'll wrap it in tissue with your card tucked inside. No prices anywhere in the box.

The artwork

HUITZILIN

Huitzilin is the Nahuatl word for hummingbird, and the artwork leaves the middle of the bag bare so the birds can hold the edges. Hummingbirds, white daisies, pale green leaves and small gold rosettes run around a warm coral ground in a single frame, with no lettering anywhere on it. Choose this one if you want a piece with no words on it at all, a plain coral bag with a painted border.
