How long will my order take to arrive?
Each Paleta bag is made to order just for you, so please allow 5–7 business days for production. Shipping then takes 7–12 business days, and you'll get tracking on every order via email. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $90.
Are the bags real leather? Will the print crack or fade?
Our bags are crafted from premium vegan (faux) leather — lightweight, durable and cruelty-free. The artwork is printed and sealed into the surface so it stays vibrant with everyday use and won't peel or crack. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
How does the free matching wallet work?
Add any handbag to your cart and we'll automatically include its matching long wallet — completely FREE. No code needed: you'll see it appear in your cart at $0. It's a limited-time offer, so it may not last forever.
What's your return & exchange policy?
Not in love with your bag? You can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Reach us at cs@paletabags and we'll take care of you.
Which size should I choose — Medium or Small?
Medium is our everyday carry — roomy enough for the essentials plus a little extra. Small is lighter and more compact for days you travel light. Exact dimensions for each style are listed under "Dimensions Size" on the product page.
